There is a silent struggle that many people experience on their spiritual path: you feel awake, you know there is more, yet you secretly feel stuck. You’ve had glimpses of expansion, tastes of the infinite, maybe even downloads that shook your sense of self… but then life pulls you back into the old cycle. It feels confusing, even discouraging. You wonder: If I’m awake, why do I still feel bound by heaviness, doubt, or stagnation?
This is the paradox of awakening: you can be spiritually awake and yet still living from the energy of the original wound of separation. At the core of it, you can’t heal what is not understood. So I’ll do my best to bring this forward for you to begin to see it.
The Original Wound of Separation
At the core of human suffering lies a deep illusion: the sense of being cut off and separated from Source/God/Infinite/Divinity/The All/Etc. This wound is not just personal… it’s woven into the fabric of you, me…. and the collective consciousness. It’s the moment when we believed ourselves to be apart from God rather than an expression of God. For many of us, especially in the West, this idea of God outside of us is really programmed into the system. The idea of not being worthy of even God’s love, much less anything else, is the framework.
That sense of separation births shame, fear, lack, unworthiness, and the endless search for external validation. But when you remember that consciousness itself is God expressing through you, and you are a fragment of that ALL, you are consciousness itself, the wound begins to repair.
Here’s the secret: healing and manifestation are the same thing. Both are consciousness evolving, and consciousness wants to evolve. Healing is the manifestation of wholeness. Manifestation is the healing of lack.
When you commit to repairing the separation wound, you don’t just heal, you manifest new experiences within reality because you are creating from unity instead of division.
Why We Get Stuck
Consciousness creates. It creates energy. It creates frameworks. It creates experiences. Even when awake, we get caught in old patterns because consciousness needs clarity and direction to evolve. Imagine your mind as a divine architect. If it has no blueprint, it will keep building from old codes… patterns of fear, separation, and survival.
To expand into or with God-consciousness, you must choose the frequency in which you want to operate. You must give your consciousness a destination, a vision, a new pattern to inhabit. Otherwise, it loops.
Moving Forward with God-Consciousness
Stepping into God-consciousness doesn’t mean floating away into spiritual bliss or bypassing pain. It means choosing to co-create from unity, wholeness, and love… even while living in a fragmented world.
This is how we repair the separation wound:
- Remember: You are consciousness. Not your body, not your stories, not your trauma. You are the infinite awareness behind it all.
- Recreate: Choose daily what energy you will operate from. Fear or faith? Lack or abundance? Separation or union?
- Recode: Invite new patterns into your life by consciously shifting frameworks like beliefs, language, and daily habits.
Daily Tools for Repairing the Wound
Here are practices to embody God-consciousness daily, so you stop looping in the illusion of separation:
✨ Morning Alignment – Upon waking, place your hand over your heart and declare:
“I am not separate. I am the breath of God. Today, I create from unity.”
✨ Frequency Check-ins – Throughout the day, pause and ask:
“What frequency am I in right now? Is this separation or connection?” If it’s separation, take three breaths and realign.
✨ Conscious Creation Journal – Each night, write down one pattern you shifted that day. Example: “Instead of worrying about money, I remembered I am abundance itself and looked for evidence of flow.”
✨ Embodiment Practice – Move your body daily in a way that feels like prayer. Whether walking, stretching, or dancing, let it be an offering to oneness, not just exercise.
✨ Sacred Stillness – Sit in silence for 5 minutes each day, not to escape but to merge. Imagine your awareness dissolving into God, remembering the truth: there is no separation. I call this- The Void. A space where co-creation, re-patterning, and re-coding happens.
The Invitation
If you feel spiritually awake but secretly stuck, know this: you are standing at the threshold of remembering who you really are. Think of the “stuckness” as a call to move beyond awakening into embodied God-consciousness.
Choose your frequency. Recode your patterns. Return to union.
Because the truth is simple, powerful, and eternal:
You were never separate. You only believed you were.
